About Skelter Art Studio
Hi, I’m Kes, the creator behind Skelter Art Studio! As someone who is AuDHD, my art is a celebration of the colourful, quirky, and wonderfully eclectic. I love creating pieces that bring joy, personality, attitude and fun to your home. I noticed a distinct lack of bold, funny, big statement prints and XL canvas prints when I wanted to source some for my own home, I decided this needed to be fixed immediately.
I love design and how art can change the entire mood of a space, my prints will tell your guests all they need know about you. With formal education in Graphic Design, lifetime of drawing and background in Fine Art I have developed a passion vibrant self-expression and breaking away from the ordinary. Each piece is created with love and a touch of chaos. My work is for the most part created digitally (no AI thank you) with some XL canvas taken from paintings.
As a late diagnosed neurodivergent creator I have discovered having as few obstacles in the way to create as possible is key! I find creating digitally far more accessible when my brain is not playing ball (far less to set up and clean away), however I still love to paint when I am having a good day with my ADHD.
As a now a retired raver and a full time sofa occupier, it’s big fun to go wild with art from the comfort of my studio and you'll often see a nod to rave culture in many of my prints.
Whether you’re here to find that one quirky poster to brighten up a wall, a silly gift for a silly friend or a huge XL canvas print to base your home decor around, I hope my art brings as much joy to your space as it does to create.
Thank you for supporting my little corner of creativity and independent artists! It means the world to me!

About Kes, owner and Head Designer at Skelter Art Studio
"I’ve always believed life is better when it’s full of colour, chaos, and a good dose of mischief. As someone who is AuDHD, I’ve spent my life embracing the quirks, and my art reflects that beautifully messy approach. It’s all about breaking the rules, leaning into the sass, and being silly.
When I’m not in the studio (or on the sofa, my second favourite place), I’m probably thinking about what’s made me smile or some kind of silly nonsense to turn into my next print.
Art has always been my way of connecting, since a small child painting with my Grandad, whether it’s sparking joy in someone’s home, helping them express their unique vibe, being 'weird', or just being unapologetically real (or a little cheeky). It’s a privilege to turn my passion into a job, and I’m so grateful for everyone who lets a little bit of my creativity into their world.
Here’s to embracing the nostalgia, the eclectic, the colourful, and the wonderfully weird.!
